Your results are put in context by comparing them to our specially commissioned national survey. All scores are presented on simple 0-10 scale where 5.0 is the national average. In addition we colour code the scores so a quick glance will immediately show you where the areas for improvement are.
Staff can only give honest and helpful answers if they are sure that their results will be confidential. As a trusted independent third party we can reassure your staff that their results are anonymous. We don't allow results for groups of less than 3 people to be shown so there is no risk of individuals being identified. To further motivate staff to answer carefully we make sure that they get access to the results of their team and the whole organisation.
